ABSTRACT The flexible and effect credid-based model of training management The article introduces the advantages of the credit-based model of training management, such as, each student is allowed to choose a number of sub jects he or she would like to learn in a semester of the course enrolled. There is not graduation exams in the credit-based training system. For a university moving to credit-based training system successfully, all teaching and managerial staff need to be involved actively in the process of preparation. Training programs should be changed to provide a lot of options for students. A handbook, which contains the introduction of courses offered and the guidelines for strudents should be prepared. Moreover, a robust and effective software of training management should be ready.
