ABSTRACT Designing an E-teaching-plan for experiments of electrolytic dissociation (module of experimental practice of chemical methodology) to develop learner's initiative and self-learning capacity The theory of systematization is based on keeping to aims of the curriculum, developing students' sense of initiative and self-reliance, and ensuring feasibility. The author has put forward steps of experimental practice of chemistry-teaching methodology and use of E-teaching in Module of experimental practice of chemical methodology. The E-teaching can likewise help to change teaching methods and improve education in Universities and junior Colleges.
