Abstract: Propaganda has a very important position and role in the Party’s grassroots organization. During the term 2015 - 2020, with the prompt attention of the Party Committee of Hanoi universities and colleges and the determination, leadership immediately after the 22nd Congress of the University’s Party Committee, the advisory work of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Trade Union University has achieved certain results.
