Abstract To improve educational quality, it is helpful and necessary to get feedback of learners about the educational services In this article, learners’ satisfaction with educational services in the hu au Mot University were measured to the criteria in service access, facilities, quality of teaching staff, curriculum, and educational environment, which are given in the project “Measurements for the satisfaction with public educational services”. The authors used theoretical methods, quantitative and qualitative methods, methods of analyzing policies, and expertizing methods to analyze the feedback, clarifying the indexes of satisfaction and forming the data source of learners’ satisfaction with educational services in the university. From this study, suggestions can be proposed to concerned departments in order to provide good services to learners, to perfect the tools for educational quality assurance, and to conduct the self-assessment of educational quality, meeting the requirements of regional and global integration.
