Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến ý định tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội tự nguyện của người lao động trên địa bàn tỉnh Vĩnh Long
Abstract On a theoretical basis, in conjunction with the relevant studies are summarized and specific information sources were surveyed from 250 employees in the study area. After testing the scale and EFA, the linear regression model was used by the author to analyze the factors affecting employees'intention to participate in voluntary social insurance. The analysis results show that 5 groups of impact factors include: Knowledge, attitude, social influence, income and communication. Based on the analysis results 5 related policy implications are proposed. Keywords: Factors, social insurance, voluntary, intention to participate.
