Abstract The study was conducted to provide empirical evidence on the efficiency of the library system at Nguyen Tat Thanh University according to the requirements of comprehensive education on the objectives, content of the program, teaching and learning methods , teaching staff, facilities and teaching equipment. Based on 218 surveys on the actual effectiveness of using students' libraries, the study has shown a correlation among the factors affecting the efficiency of library exploitation at Nguyen Tat Thanh University, then give solutions to further enhance the quality of teaching and learning in faculties and departments towards learning and working in a positive way, thereby meeting the objectives of True Learning – True Success – True Value – True Future that the school is pursuing.
