Những nỗ lực vận động viện trợ Mỹ của chính quyền Việt Nam Cộng hòa (1973-1975)

Abstract: After the Paris Agreement was signed on 27th, January 1973, the Republic of Vietnam had to face with several difficulties. There was not only the disadvantages of political, diplomatic and military front in comparison with liberated force, this government also lost the long term commitments and crucial supports from America. In that context, the Republic of Vietnam endeavored hardly in order to finding the solutions to overcome the crisis. Amongst numerous policies which were promulgated and implemented in the years 1973-1975, the mobilizing aid policy was considered as a prominentsolution to push their military powerto win in the war as will as fulfil the post war programs. The Republic of Vietnam government mobilized the aid from America and other allies as well.
