ABSTRACT Using problem-raising method in order to create geographic cause and effect relations To find the best scientific teaching methods of high effectiveness and quality has been spinning in teachers' minds. Each teaching method has its own good points making full use of and actively being applied by teachers. That is also a new requirement of the teaching methodology renovation. This report mentioned some issues related to possitive issue-proposed-methods. In addition, it selects geographical cause and effect connections in chapter II (Universe, Earth Motion Effects) and applies this method to form them.
