ABSTRACT To build and use excersices to develop students'skills for designing integrated information technology (IT) lessons in biology To design integrated IT lessons, teachers need to be equiped in both skills of using IT (necessary conditions) and skills of using relevant approaches (sufficient conditions). In this paper we discuss the way to help pre-service teachers of Biology to get the neccesary conditions. We have built 6 types of exercises and recommended the procedure of using 5 steps in these exercises. The results of the experiment shows that our exercises, procedure and approaches are effective in developing pre-service teachers'skills for designing integrated IT biology lessons.
