Một số hạn chế trong sử dụng công cụ đánh giá tác động môi trường trong quản lý môi trường tại cảng biển Việt Nam

Abstract It is essential to use environmental impact assessment tool to predict, evaluate and propose solutions to mitigate adverse impact of ports’ activities on the environment. However, the use of this tool in environmental management at seaports of Vietnam revealed a lot of restrictions. This paper mentions some limitations and propose solutions to improve the efficient use of this tool in environmental management at seaports of Vietnam.
