Phân tích sự phát triển của trường đại học sài gòn thông qua công tác tự đánh giá năm học 2008 – 2009
ABSTRACT Saigon University was established in the process of upgrading Ho Chi Minh City Teacher’s Training College. Since the school year 2008 – 2009, the school has conducted self- assessment tasks and received the lecturers and students’ detailed feedback on every aspect of the school activities. By these tasks, Saigon University, on one hand, could recognise its strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and challenges at its stages of development. On the other hand, the self-assessment tasks show that Saigon University has made great efforts to reach its targets and purposes despite some inevitable drawbacks. Moreover, with the attempts to upgrade the quality of education, Saigon University has gradually improved the drawbacks in order to meet the requirements of the country, in particular, and those of the advanced education in the world, in general.
